Reupholstered Chair

Isn't she perty? Yet again, the fabric is Ikea. I was gonna just buy a new chair but I've always wanted to reupholster something. I bought a staple gun from woodies for €15, one of the best things I have ever bought. There's no real "how to" for this. The trick is really just to keep it as taut as possible. Around the corners can be a lill tricky. When you end up with too much fabric like this..

 ...cut off as much as you can and cut out a v shape like this...

..and just overlap the fabric as neatly as possible in a pleat like way, repeat it a few times...

Look how well it goes in my little craft corner! Ima thinkin' of spraypainting the body of the chair orange but I'll leave that for another day
